And here is this son of Devaki, Krishna, who has come to us on a visit. The sons of Dhritarashtra have, indeed, gambled disregarding every proper consideration. The prosperity of our kingdom is at an end. Alas, the Kauravas are even now engaged in sinful consultations. Ye Kauravas, take to your heart this high precept that I declare.
When he will behold excellent warriors of his falling down from their cars, and elephants and steeds rolling on the field, deprived of life by my arrows, then will the son of Dhritarashtra repent for this war.
