Part of the procession had passed beyond the gloom of the vast aisles into the frank openness of daylight.
He it was who designed the Bishop's Palace, and the great town halls of Louvain, Oudenaarde, and Brussels, although some authorities allege that Gauthier Coolman designed the Cathedral.
