At 4 p.m. the sea director meets the bishop, who blesses the "Kolo" before Vespers. A small ring is made by the spectators, who also supply the relay couples.

He lived for it and he did all possible to foster it in the minds of his people. He enforced the wearing of the national cap, invented by Vladika Petar II.
