Nu-dim-mud being an epithet might, of course, be applied to other gods, but there can be no doubt that it was used to designate more particularly Ea as the artificer. The term can hardly be used here in the strict sense of 'towers, but appears to have become a general word for a sacred structure. Ib. col. iii. ll. 22-34.
