Indisputably there are several races intermingled in the European populations I am inclined to suspect the primitive European races may be found to be so distinct as to resist confusion and pamnyxia through hybridization but there is no inkling of a satisfactory analysis yet that will discriminate what these races were and define them in terms of physical and moral character.
