The ironing-board should be supported upon two "horses" of the height of the table. The table should be supplied with an iron-rest. In a well-planned house there should be separate bedrooms for every inmate except the very small children. It is quite an economy in the care of the house that each child, at as early an age as possible, should have its own room and be taught to take care of it.
