Il est plus que probable que Shakspeare a voulu jouer ici sur les mots gild et guilt, dont la prononciation est la même. Mais tout effort pour rendre en français ce jeu de mots eût été inutile et eût gâté une admirable scène. Entre UN PORTIER.
