I had also taken the precaution to pack up a box or two of balls, but I found my labour all in vain, as "Haskells" and "Kemshall-Arlingtons" were supplied by the club at precisely the same price as in England viz., 1 r. 8 an., or two shillings. New clubs are also cheap and in plenty, but repairs to old favourites are not always satisfactory.
